Originally known as Sussex Pines Country Club, the centerpiece at Mulligan's Pointe is the 18 hole par 72 golf course. Golfers can choose from four tees that play from 5,113 to 6,684 yards. The course is available to play on a daily-fee basis and they also offer annual memberships with unlimited golf. The club also has a swimming pool for members. "The Pointe" bar and grille is open most days for lunch and dinner, with regularly scheduled entertainment in the evenings.

Mulligan's Pointe is located just east of US Route 113 about two miles southeast of Georgetown. It's on a triangular piece of land with homes along the three edges of the golf course. Millsboro is about eight miles south of here on Route 113.
